Hi, I am Eulenda Lebese-Cussons, a Property Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer. I graduated cum laude with 37 distinctions in my Bachelor of Laws.

I have specialised in Real Estate at Norton Rose Fulbright Inc., one of South Africa's top law firms, and served nearly a decade at the Office of the Chief State Law Advisor prior to joining BigLaw.
In the first year of opening Lebese-Cussons Attorneys Inc., I successfully negotiated a complicated purchase of a property in Spain worth R38 million.
In 2024, I achieved notable successes, including the handling of all transactional aspects of Cheslin Kolbe's property portfolio. In the same year i also partnered with Investec on their out of the ordinary campaign. I've recently had the opportunity of working on an ongoing bond registration securing a loan in excess of R500 million.
